When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Non-Compete Agreement

By participating as a vendor in any event organized by The Odd Market, LLC dba Vintage Land, you agree to the following non-compete terms:

   1.    Non-Compete Obligation: As a vendor, you agree not to engage in, establish, or participate in any other flea market, fair, swap meets or similar event that competes with the Organizer within a 25-mile radius of any current or future event location organized by Vintage Land, for the duration of your participation and for a period of 12 months following your last date of participation.
   2.    Definition of Competitive Events: A competing event is defined as any market, swap meet, or other public or private event involving the sale of goods or services similar to those sold at Vintage Land’s events, whether as a vendor, organizer, or any other role that would compete with the Organizer’s business interests.
   3.    Geographical Scope: This non-compete agreement applies to any events held or organized within a 25-mile radius of any of Vintage Land’s current or future event locations.
   4.    Breach of Agreement: In the event of a breach of this agreement, Vintage Land reserves the right to terminate your participation in any current or future events, seek injunctive relief, and pursue any other remedies available under the law.
   5.    Exceptions: If a vendor seeks to participate in a potentially competing event, they may request written permission from Vintage Land. Vintage Land may, at its sole discretion, grant or deny such requests.
   6.    Acknowledgment: By submitting your application and participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Non-Compete Agreement.
