We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to forfeit your booth. While we do not offer refunds or transfers for bookings, we do require advance notification if you are unable to attend.
You can notify us up until 8 AM on the event day.
To do so, please open the chatbot and type “unable to attend“. A form will appear requesting some details — simply fill it out and submit it. Our team will handle it from there.
If you do not notify us and do not show up, your account is subject to a 90-day hold. You will not be able to participate until the hold has expired.
As a reminder, we are rain or shine, and there are no refunds or transfers. All booking sales are final.
