Rooftop Load-In Los Feliz Flea

Please note that vehicles with a height exceeding 7′ 0″
are not allowed to enter the garage.
Ensure your vehicle meets this requirement before driving to your designated space.
If you exceed 7’0″, you must book a space on the ground floor. #

 

Entrance Location #

For vendors, please enter through the Bartlett Street Ramp (see map below) starting at 8 AM. DO NOT PARK OR LINE UP on Bartlett before 8 AM.

Drive to the 2nd Floor and check-in.

Staff will direct you to the Roof to Unload in your space. DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON THE GRASS!

DO NOT SET UP ANYTHING IN YOUR BOOTH BEFORE PARKING YOUR VEHICLE IN THE VENDOR LOT. After unloading, drive back to the exit, make a LEFT TURN, and enter the VENDOR PARKING LOT on BARTLETT STREET. If we run out of parking, you must park on the street.

Cars will NOT be permitted to move until STAFF AND LAFD determine it is safe. Typically, we will allow vehicles to move between 5:15 & 5:30 PM. 

Strict rule enforcement on account deactivation. 
🚫 First offense results in a 60-day deactivation of the account.
⛔ Second offense results in permanent deactivation of the account.

 

Time Window #

All vehicles intended for rooftop selling must enter between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM. It is crucial to adhere to this time frame to facilitate an organized setup. If you arrive after 10:25 AM, you are subject to losing your booth fee and your booth will be assigned to Stand-By.

 

 

Cut-off Time #

Please note that no vehicles will be permitted to enter the rooftop area after 10:30 AM. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and timely setup of the flea market. You will be permitted to cart in but its Ramp or Stairs access only.

 

Final Vehicle Exit Time from Rooftop #

  • Deadline: All vehicles must be off the rooftop by 10:45 AM. This is crucial to ensure that the flea market area is clear and safe for patrons when the event begins.

 

Parking Instructions Post-Unloading #

  • Route to Parking Area: After exiting the building, turn left on Bartlett then turn into Vendor Parking on the right, directly across from Vintage Land.

  • Vendor Parking Area: Once inside the Vendor Parking, you will be directed to the designated vendor parking area. Event staff will be available to assist and guide you. NO VEHICLES are permitted to leave the parking until we are closed and deem it safe to exit.

  • Safety and Compliance: For the safety of all participants and visitors, please comply with the load-in instructions and follow any additional guidelines provided by the event staff.
