How do we Load Out?

Patience is key. It moves if you let it.
ROOFTOP LOAD OUT
Do not break down before 5 pm. At 5, pack up and be ready to load and go.
Vehicles MUST NOT line up on Bartlett! Doing so may result in your account being deactivated for 90 days.
When staff deems it safe, we will direct vehicles from the Vendor Lot onto the second floor and than the roof. Make sure you are ready to load and go. We do NOT permit vehicles to remain on the roof while you pack up. Have your booth broken down and ready to load and go only.
All vehicles must enter through the ramp on Bartlett Street. Be mindful of each other. Park your vehicle parallel to your space and not in a manner that prohibits others from getting through.
DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE LOT BY 6:30 PM.
If you are not out by 6:30 PM, you will be fined $100 to cover the additional staff, custodial, and rent.
GROUND FLOOR LOAD OUT
20 x 20 booths with vehicles will be permitted to exit when staff deems to safe to do so.
Booths with vehicles in the Vendor Lot will follow the same procedure as the Rooftop but will enter into the Ground Floor when staff deems it safe to do so.
