Here is the updated Load-In Instructions for Los Feliz Flea – Ground Floor & Rooftop Vendors:
General Guidelines:
Load-In Time Window:
All booths (Food Booths, Trailers, etc.) can arrive starting at 8:00 AM.
All vehicles must be off the rooftop by 10:40 AM.
No vehicles permitted in after 10:30 AM.
Traffic and Safety Guidelines:
- Start the load-in line on Bartlett Street at the roll-up door near the corner.
Keep all vehicles close to the curb to avoid impeding traffic. Do not block driveways. - Do not line up in the middle of the street—allow cars to pass safely.
Vendor Parking:
Prohibited on the 2nd floor. Parking here risks account deactivation.
Park in the vendor lot or on the street after unloading.
Dog Policy:
Do not allow dogs to relieve themselves on vendor grass. There is a designated dog area by the portable toilets with special grass. Be mindful, as the vendor grass is also used for upcoming events.
No Music Playing On Booth:
We have a certain vibe we have created at Los Feliz Flea, and much of this has to do with our music playlists. Each week they are created newly. If you are an album seller and which permission to play music, you must ask us in advance. All others must not play music in your booth.
ROOFTOP LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Vehicle Restrictions:
Vehicles over 7’0” are not allowed in the garage. If your vehicle exceeds this height, you must book a ground-floor space.
2. Entrance Location:
Enter through the Bartlett Street Ramp starting at 8 AM. Do not park or line up before 8 AM.
After driving to the 2nd floor for check-in, staff will direct you to the rooftop for unloading.
3. Setup Guidelines:
Do not set up your booth until after parking in the vendor lot.
Unload your items, then exit and park in the vendor parking lot on Bartlett Street.
If parking fills up, you must park on the street.
4. Rooftop Departure Guidelines:
Cars will not be allowed to move until staff and LAFD determine it is safe, typically between 5:15 PM – 5:30 PM.
If you are not out by 6:30 PM, a $100 fine will be issued for additional staff, custodial, and rental costs.
GROUND FLOOR LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Entry Point:
Enter through Figueroa Terrace and follow directions to your designated unloading area
2. Booth Vehicle Policy:
20×20 Booths: Vehicles must remain within the booth space during the event.
10×10 Booths: After unloading, move your vehicle to the vendor parking lot.
3. Ground floor Load-Out Process:
20×20 booths will be allowed to leave when staff deems it safe.
Vendors in the lot will re-enter the ground floor when allowed.
All vehicles must be off the lot by 6:30 PM, or you will face a $100 fine.
Important Rules and Enforcement:
Strict enforcement:
- 1st Offense: 60-day account deactivation.
- 2nd Offense: Permanent account deactivation.
Booth Sharing:
- Both vendors in a shared booth must be Approved Vendors. Violators will not be permitted to return.
