Load-in for Ground Floor Sellers at our venue is structured to ensure a smooth and efficient morning for all. Please adhere to the following guidelines: #

Start Time #
Load-in begins promptly at 8:30 am.

Entry Point #
Enter through Figueroa Terrace, where you’ll be directed to your designated area to unload your stuffs.

Be Mindful #
Please be courteous and mindful of the sellers coming from the rooftop as they access the vendor parking, which is also located on the ground floor.

Booth Vehicle Policy #
- All vendors must use the designated Vendor Parking Lot across Bartlett St.
- Parking Fee: All booths fees includes one vehicle parking in the Vendor Parking Lot on Bartlett St. (Additional vehicles are $10 for the day.)
- Parking Restrictions: Vendors are prohibited from street parking to reserve those spots for residents and customer overflow, No Vendors are Permitted to park on the 2nd floor of the building.
- Unload at your assigned spot and then move your vehicle to the Vendor Parking Area. Exit out Figueroa Terrace and turn right to the Vendor Parking Lot which on Bartlett directly across from Vintage Land.
- Vendor Parking Area: Once inside the Vendor Parking, you will be directed to the designated vendor parking area. Event staff will be available to assist and guide you. NO VEHICLES are permitted to leave the parking until we are closed and deem it safe to exit.

All load-in activities must conclude promptly at 10:45 am to ensure the market can open smoothly and on time.
